Do you ship to another country or overseas?
We will happily deliver to any international destination. An additional $25 international shipping fee will be applied to all packages with a shipping destination outside of the United States. If any other shipping charges need to be added, we will contact you after your order is placed. This will depend on the merchandise ordered.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country’s customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
What is your exchange + return policy?
If any Doggy Baby & Kitty Allure website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one complimentary exchange per item*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom, special occasion + formal wear and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.
What is your delivery time?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 5 business days and our average delivery time is 7 – 10 days, depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items, however orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping rates are based on the total purchase amount and orders are charged in full when a purchase is completed.
Our Standard Delivery shipping charges* are as follows: For orders up to $40, shipping is $8
For orders from $41 to $80, shipping is $12
For orders from $81 to $150, shipping is $16
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $21
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $25
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $35
For orders over $800, shipping within the continental US is complimentary
*For international shipments, add $25 to standard shipping rates.
Why am I being charged for shipping?
We are a small company and unfortunately cannot offer complimentary shipping on our orders under $800. In order to offer our large selection, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages. As a result, one order often arrives in more than one shipment, which results in having to charge for shipping. Many of our items are produced per order and while they may take the full 14 days for delivery, are often shipped via overnight or 2-day service.
Order Cancellations + Changes
Doggy Baby & Kitty Allure strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change to mama@doggybaby.com stating clearly in the subject line that this is a cancellation or change. Be sure to include your name and order number. Please note: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed at any time. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs for any cancelled orders.
Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
